There are a lot of health bars, granola bars and lots of stuff out there to munch on. I’m not big on dried fruit or spending money on expensive and chemical-laden bars, so I thought I would come up with something easy and all my own to satiate my hunger when I’m on the go. I grabbed whatever I found in my kitchen that I thought would stick to itself and my rib cage, here’s what I came up with:
These simple little balls are a mix of:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
- 1/4 cup my favorite granola cereal
- 1/8 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/8 cup peanut butter chocolate chips
Mix, form into balls, roll balls into:
2 cups rice crisp cereal
