Chocolate Mousse

All a lady needs:

I can’t make the champagne at home, but the mousse, by golly…. it’s great!

An abbreviated recipe, check out the instructions at All Recipes:

  • Whip 2 cups heavy cream to light peaks, refrigerate
  • Whip 4 eggs and 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Make 1/4 cup of strong, hot coffee
  • Melt the chocolate, add coffee
  • Stir egg mixture into chocolate, fold in cream
  • Refrigerate 2 hours (overnight is best)
