You’ll love this recipe, I promise. It’s my go-to recipe for quick, crowd-pleasing cookies. I have made this recipe many times and they always turn out great!
- Cream the butter and sugars, add the egg and vanilla, followed by the dry ingredients.
- Flavor additions: 2T(+) cocoa powder or 1/2 C peanut butter are my favorites.
- Ball- small- and bake at 350F for 5-8 minutes depending on size.
- Roll the remainder into balls and freeze for easy baking on lazy days 🙂
