A while ago I posted a recipe for a quick, healthy bread recipe. It’s wonderful, hearty and healthy, but it is not a bread for sandwiches. Through the joy of Pinterest, I found a bread that IS perfect for sandwiches. PERFECT. It’s slightly more labor intensive, requiring two separate periods for the bread to rise, but the cooking time is much shorter and all of it is very much worth the time and effort. (It’s also due to the fact it makes two loaves, one for this week and for next!) Thanks for this great recipe, Curvy Carrot!
